Chapter 215 follows Shin's desperate struggle against Uzuki-Takamura as he tries to track and stop his movements. Just as he was regretting not having support from Kindaka, Heisuke, and his other friends, the aquarium surrounding him became a sea of corpses overflowing with the victims of Uzuki.

The villain then broke past the glass and landed in front of Shin, who was trying to find the courage to use his ESP. However, once Shin saw innocent bystanders nearby, he resolved to create a brief opening till Sakamoto showed up. The final panel of the chapter displays Shin's neck being sliced by Uzuki as he yells at him to freeze.
