Liam wants Hope again, and Luna hopes her night with Will paid off in spades. That's basically your week on The Bold and the Beautiful, with some weirdness, wickedness, and wackiness thrown in for good measure, so let's dig in.
When Steffy's away from The Bold and the Beautiful...

How surprised are we that Liam wants Hope because Hope just happens to be there? Maybe Hope even knows that's the reason Liam wants her, because she is a little taken aback by all this newfound affection and insistence that she is the one for him and always has been.
Oh, really? Hope might beg to differ. So might Steffy. That could be how Liam ended up with two daughters by two different women who are essentially the same age. We see you, Liam. If Steffy were hanging around and Hope were out of town, we're sure you would be kissing her against her will and then telling her to ditch the wedding ring because Finn won't really mind.
Cause Carter won't really mind, right? Carter, who? Oh, that guy you convinced Hope to spend the rest of her life with? Yeah, that guy who just wants to get married. We can't imagine how many times that engagement ring has been used at this point. Even Deacon is pretty much "Carter who?"
Poor Carter...maybe...

Okay, so we might not feel so bad for Carter when Hope eventually ends things (oh, and she will) because he has a backup. Sure, he might have adamantly declared his undying love for all things Hope once again, but like Liam, do we really think Daphne cares? Of course not. Or she wouldn't be back in Los Angeles.
Carter also pretty much knows he's reached his expiration date with Hope, or he wouldn't be insisting they elope right then and there. Carter had to see the writing on the wall the second he learned that Liam would live and Steffy was skipping town. What else could happen?
A word of advice for Hope...

Girl, go get your favorite pair of Nikes and RUN! Run like the wind, Hope. Run so fast and so far that Forrest Gump won't know what happened. Run, Hope, RUN! Just do it!
In all seriousness, why would you even consider doing this again? Were you raised by Brooke Logan or something? Look at your mother! She is a grandmother multiple times over and still lunging herself off speedboats into the ocean to catch a man's attention that she's been trying to catch since her college student cater waiter days. Do you really want this for yourself in 30 years?
You KNOW this man can't stay true to you. He didn't even want to tell you when he thought he was dying. Steffy had to do it, remember? This is who and what you want? You might want to run from Carter, too, because we don't need to sleep while we're watching our soaps, but there's another option on his way. That's right, Hope, Thomas Forrester's coming ho-ome-ome. You can even sing it like that tune from Hamilton. Wait for it, wait for it...
And then there's Luna...

So, it looks like a little thing like a gunshot wound and a weeks-long coma can't stop Luna's ovaries from doing their thing. In fact, it seems as if Luna tracked her cycle while in that coma and knew the perfect time to ply Will with alcohol, don a mask, and climb into bed with him. She claims that wasn't the plan, but she's expecting a positive pregnancy test any day. She's even clutching her belly as if the bundle of ill-gotten joy awaits.
The fact that Luna was able to do all of this with a fresh scar after and bed sores is amazing in itself, but this certainty that she is pregnant is kinda over the top. Although we are sure she is pregnant cause this story isn't gross enough already. No doubt Electra is going to end up pregnant, too. Again, cause this story isn't gross enough already.
Mommie Dearests...

Now, a word about Poppy and Katie. One would not think they are the same mother, but they are essentially the same mother. Remember when Luna was still good and we thought that Zende accidentally sexually assaulted her because he had sex with her when she was high on Poppy's "mints?" Luna woke up thinking she had just lost her virginity to RJ, and it was happy Zende standing there. Or so we thought.
Now, we know Luna knew it was Zende all along, but since that was likely not the intended story at the time, we will continue rolling with the original story and the maternal reaction. Poppy learned her daughter had essentially been sexually assaulted, but she urged her to forget about it and never tell RJ, cause why ruin a good thing with a nice guy? Say what? Yep, that's our Poppy — the woman who is also relieved that her daughter is dead. (Of course, she isn't.)
So, how does Katie compare? Well, Will told his mom what happened the night before and had some words of wisdom for her boy. "Yes, Will, you might have been sexually assaulted, but brush it off, son. You have this amazing girlfriend you don't have to tell, cause why ruin a good thing?"
Will even took his mother's advice and had sex with Electra the very next night. 'Cause Mother knows best, right? Oh dear.
Till next week, Scoopers, when Brooke will continue to act how Hope doesn't want to still be acting in 30 years.
