Surgery Surprises: The Bold and the Beautiful's Annika Noelle offers a hilarious take on soap's medical crisis

The Bold and the Beautiful's hospital sets have been getting a workout over the last few months as Liam's alleged brain tumor took center stage. Recently, our favorite characters spent a week hanging around the hospital halls and in ORs in the aftermath of Luna's beach house blood bath.

Annika Noelle (Hope Logan) then took to Instagram to provide some backstage fun, writing, "We're not doctors. We just play them on TV."

Dr. Grace Buckingham was the star of the medical show when she announced she'd found a way to save Liam (Scott Clifton). He had just survived surgery for a gunshot wound, but still had an alleged brain tumor. Miraculously, Grace had a colleague who could remove the tumor — for a cool million.

Now, the audience knows Grace was up to something fishy, but Liam still doesn't suspect a thing. As for Cassandra Creech, who plays Grace? She took it all in stride and had a hilarious time backstage posing in her surgical gear and even performing a little dance.

"She doesn't look at all like a super villain," Noelle said she shot the video.

Is Grace about to become a super villain? We know she did something strange to Liam, but we still don't know exactly what and why. Is she also a gambling addict? Was she trying to help her ex-husband, Reese (Wayne Brady), who stole Baby Beth as a newborn?

Cast members look like they had loads of fun filming these chaotic scenes that took up the better part of a week.

Noelle's post also included a video depicting the creation of Sheila Eight Toes' new three-toe'd foot. You'll also see shots of Scott Clifton in surgery as Liam, as well as Kimberlin Brown (Sheila Carter), Lisa Yamada (Luna Nozawa), and Clifton in their stretchers.

In a video with Clifton, the actor says he feels "stuck" and "wet." Tanner Novlan shows off what looks like a random small body part and wonders where it goes.

Now, B&B has moved out of the hospital and onto the Italian coast, where Eric (John McCook), Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), and Nick (Jack Wagner) are ready to have some romantic fashion fun during one of the soap's famous location shoots.
