Welcome to The Bold and the Beautiful Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:
What Happened on The Bold and the Beautiful
On The Bold and the Beautiful, Brooke had a surprising (to her) reunion with her daughter’s three-time ex-husband, Nick Marone. Nick, of course, is also the half-brother of Brooke’s destiny, Ridge…a guy she forgot all about as soon as Nick swooped in while she was trying on lingerie in Ridge’s office for no apparent reason. Nick quickly took Brooke down memory lane, complete with a little serenade and a kiss — and a mention of Jack. Who? You don’t remember Jack, the-never-mentioned-since-he-was-a-baby son of Brooke and Nick? Don’t worry, it’s not your memory. To our recollection, Brooke hasn’t mentioned her son since Nick left town with him 14 years ago. But good to know he’s doing well in Paris and she facetimes him all the time. No, we’re not sure what he’s doing in Paris either, or what age they think he is, but if he’s a younger version of his dad, maybe he should be coming back to fake L.A. and being the real sparring partner of Will Spencer. We came thisclose to that with RJ, but it seems he has disappeared with the coup lawsuit. Maybe he was trapped in the dressing room vault downstairs after the fashion show and still waiting on Charlie to bring the only key. Anyway, back to Jack. We know Nick isn’t sticking around (although he should, there’s a lot to work with there), but bringing Jack back wouldn’t be the worst idea, either.
