What to Expect on The Bold and the Beautiful

On Wednesday's all-new episode, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) found himself on the receiving end of confrontations from both Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Ridge's own father, Eric (John McCook). Ridge and Bill's tense face-off didn't last too long before he asked the business mogul to leave. However, his back-and-forth with Eric was a different story. Eric is tired of being a background player at the company that he founded. He's ready to return to what he does best: designing. Ridge, on the other hand, is not as eager to let his dad back into the fold.

Thursday's episode will feature a powerful conversation between Ridge and Eric at the office. There are several ways this can go, but hopefully Eric isn't overlooked and dismissed the way Katie (Heather Tom) was. He laid the foundation Ridge is standing on, so he deserves the opportunity to go out on his own terms. He is passionate about contributing to the company, and at this point, Ridge is the only obstacle standing in his way.

Donna (Jennifer Gareis) seems fully on her husband's side, and there were hints that this could cause dissension between the sisters. Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) is already on shaky ground with Katie, so she may be entering the Christmas season with a major family feud on her hands. It looks like the show is heading toward a Brooke and Ridge-versus-the-rest-of-the-world storyline.

Thursday's episode will also showcase Deacon (Sean Kanan) spending some quality time with his two children, Hope (Annika Noelle) and Deke (Harrison Cone). The last time the trio were together was in a group therapy session led by Taylor (Rebecca Budig). They do not approve of their father continuing his marriage to Sheila (Kimberlin Brown), so it will be fascinating to witness where things settle within the family. Deacon has made his position clear, and as of now, he has no plans to turn his back on the woman that he loves.

Elsewhere on Thursday's episode, Deacon pays Taylor a visit, and their chemistry is palpable. It's evident that he can't stop thinking about her, so there's undoubtedly going to be trouble at some point with Sheila regarding this. He's chosen to continue therapy despite their reunion, which is already raising a few red flags. However, Taylor has no idea that Sheila has secretly threatened her life if she feels the vibe is off, so she's not going to be watching her back as she should.
