What to Expect on The Bold and the Beautiful

After a week of episodes that didn't revolve as much around Luna (Lisa Yamada) and her outlandish antics, it appears as if she will play a major role in the upcoming week. Expect Luna's current prisoner status to be a topic of discussion when Finn (Tanner Novlan) pays an impromptu visit to Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) on Monday's episode. After Luna's attempt at freedom through a staged prison attack didn't work, it's possible she'll cry for help to her father. Finn's done a decent job at keeping his distance from Luna, seemingly learning from his past mistakes with Sheila (Kimberlin Brown), but this is different. Luna's carrying Finn's grandchild. Finn was robbed of the opportunity to raise Luna, and it's not out of the realm of possibility for him to seek a connection to her unborn child.
There's not much else going on in Finn's world besides his unhinged daughter's pregnancy and potential life imprisonment. While Finn may be looking to spice things up with a romantic trip to the office, the pair typically discusses whatever crisis is currently involving one of his family members, who is often bringing danger to their doorstep. There's been a great deal of talk surrounding Bill (Don Diamont) and Katie (Heather Tom) securing custody of Luna's child after she gives birth, which makes Finn feel like an afterthought. However, despite not having the wealth and connections that the media titan has, Finn's a well-off, respected professional in his field, and he could easily make a case for custody.
Finn and Steffy haven't had a smooth sailing existence since Sheila arrived on their wedding day, revealing she was his birth mother. Since that moment, it's been one disaster after another, with little to no relief. Sheila is mostly in their rear-view mirror, and Luna remains the only hurdle to a carefree life. If Finn allows instinct to take over, he might deepen the connection for the sake of her child.
Ridge won't let Bill off the hook

Throughout all of the shennigans feauturing Luna and her pregnancy, the one constnat has remained Ridge and his insistence of holding Bill fully responsible. Had Bill not pulled strings to get a pardon that secured Luna's freedom, she never would've had the opportunity to kidnap Steffy for a second time, shoot Liam and Sheila, and sexually assault Will to trap him in an unwanted pregnancy. All roads lead back to Bill, and on Monday's episode Ridge continues to drill it into Brooke's head. Ridge makes a suggestion after reminding Brooke of Bill's involvement in freeing Luna, and it wouldn't be surprising if he pushes for Bill to face some sort of charges.
Bill used his influence to free Luna from prison, setting her loose in Los Angeles to commit more crimes. He didn't hand her a weapon or impersonate Electra to seduce Will, but he did unleash a threat on his loved ones. Ridge keeps asking why Bill isn't held more accountable, and he's right. Even Katie, usually Bill's moral compass, gives him a free pass, recently calling him a victim of Luna's manipulations.
Brooke's never able to see the wrong in any of her former flames, be it Deacon (Sean Kanan) or Bill. She will find a way to shift the blame away from them in any way she can, but her husband isn't going to let that happen this time. He and Bill have been at odds for as long as anyone can remember, but that doesn't mean he's wrong in this instance.
