What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

At the Logan mansion, Liam reassured Beth that he would always love Hope, so Beth wondered if there was a chance with her parents if Hope didn't marry Carter. Liam stressed that Carter made Hope happy, so Beth countered with the fact that Liam also made Hope happy.
"She laughs at all your jokes, especially the corny ones. Mom doesn't care. She loves you anyway. She loves you and you love her, so why don't you get back together again?" Beth asked.
Liam told Beth that things were complicated just as Ivy walked in. Liam was glad for the interruption, so he wouldn't have to talk about adult relationships with Beth any longer. Ivy gave Beth a piece of jewelry for the daddy-daughter dance, but Beth had a one-track mind.
"I asked my daddy if he wanted to marry my mommy. I think he does. What do you think?" Beth asked a surprised Ivy.
Liam took Beth aside and assured her that they would always be a family, but Hope was going to marry Carter. He then reminded Beth of the daddy-daughter dance just to distract her. When Beth went upstairs to see if her new bracelet would match her dress, Liam apologized to Ivy for Beth putting her on the spot.
"It's okay. She just wants her dad and her mom back together, which is what you want, too. Right?" Ivy asked.
Liam changed the subject, but Ivy was pragmatic. "Hope is the woman you love. And yes, she's engaged to Carter, but they're not married. I really think Hope would be crazy to give up the opportunity to reunite your sweet, little family," Ivy asked.
In Eric's office, Carter continued to go to bat for Hope For The Future. "Losing cost Hope a lot, but she could make it thrive again," Carter insisted.
Ridge surprised Carter when he said he agreed with him, and it was time to bring back Hope For The Future. "Hope is too talented to be sidelined for long," Ridge admitted. Carter couldn't wait to tell Hope the news, but Ridge had other things in mind and asked Carter what kind of bachelor party he would like.
Just then, Daphne walked in, so Ridge left them alone to talk business. Daphne didn't want to talk about work. Instead, she wanted to talk about Hope. "You seem very happy, and Hope appears to be committed to you," Daphne said unenthusiastically.
"But a wedding date hasn't been set yet. Part of me can't help worrying. Carter, I don't want to see your heart broken. Remember, you're not just up against a man. You're up against a family," Daphne stressed.
As Hope told Brooke she wasn't sure what to do about her engagement to Carter, Brooke pointed out that Hope was wearing Carter's ring, so she wouldn't have accepted his proposal unless she truly loved him. However, Brooke also realized that Hope's feelings for Liam had been reborn.
"I just wonder what that means you're willing to give your family with Liam another try," Brooke mused.
Hope admitted that spending all this time with Liam the last few months has reminded her of their life together. Brooke was surprised to hear that Deacon was not fond of Carter and wanted Hope with Liam again. Brooke understood Deacon's sentiments.
That prompted Hope to ask an important question: "Who do you think I should spend my life with? Carter or Liam?"
Brooke was complimentary to both Liam and Carter, but confessed that she felt Hope should focus on the good times with Liam. "And then ask yourself, is this man worth fighting for?" Brooke suggested.
Brooke got Hope to reminisce about her pregnancy, learning Beth was alive, and then raising her with Liam. "I think back on the pain and heartache that Liam and I have somehow triumphed over together...and maybe that is why I could never truly commit to Thomas, because in a way, he was a part of that pain," Hope said.
Hope finally remembered she needed to meet with Carter, so Brooke told her to follow her heart and let it guide her.
After Hope left the showroom, Ridge arrived to share some romantic moments with Brooke. She was thrilled when Ridge told her that he was reinstating Hope For The Future.
When Hope arrived in Eric's office to talk to Carter, she was stunned to be told that she had her fashion line back. He then suggested they get married that very day.
