Something and someone have been missing from The Bold and the Beautiful for way too long, and it's time to rectify that problem: Wyatt Spencer is sorely needed on the scene for a variety of reasons.
Liam needs his brother
First and foremost, Wyatt's (Darin Brooks) brother Liam (Scott Clifton) is currently dying. Not having the yin to Liam's yang there to verbally spar with while Liam tries to hide his diagnosis and prognosis from everyone just feels off. While Liam has not yet told Bill (Don Diamont) that he has an inoperable brain tumor, it looks like it might happen soon. It would only make sense for Bill to tell Wyatt.
Liam's tumor story needs Liam's brother. Wyatt can help keep Liam grounded while also being a support for Bill. While we can't be certain that Liam will actually die, for the moment it seems like he will, so shouldn't his brother be there as a part of that story?
Wyatt's brief marriages to both Hope (Annika Noelle) and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) can also come into play as he offers them support as well. The characters can go over their shared past as they try to reassure Liam that they will have a good future.
The Bold and the Beautiful needs another leading man
Currently, two leading men from B&B's more recent past are gone. Thomas is off in Paris with Paris (Diamond White), while Wyatt left for parts unknown. While both men are vital to the canvas, Wyatt's return fits more now because of Liam.
But Wyatt's story does not have to be limited to Liam if he were to come back. Let's see him with a new love interest or find out what really happened to Flo (Katrina Bowden), a character who seemed to disappear along with her mother. There are so many things that the show can do with the character if it were only willing.

Currently, there are only two 30-something leading men on B&B — Liam and Finn (Tanner Novlan). Adding Wyatt back into the mix will offer more storyline opportunities while filling a void. Of course, bringing both Wyatt and Thomas back would ultimately be ideal, but one thing at a time, right?
