Will Bill pay someone to change the paternity test results on The Bold and the Beautiful?

Last week on The Bold and the Beautiful, the Spencer family felt like they were living in a nightmare after learning Luna (Lisa Yamada) is alive, that she sexually assaulted Will (Crew Morrow), and she's claiming to be pregnant with his child. A furious Bill (Don Diamont) made her take multiple pregnancy tests, which all came back positive.

How in the world is Will going to get out of this messy situation? Bill demanded Luna get an abortion, but we know she won't, otherwise the storyline would end. So when she has the baby, Bill will make her get a paternity test. Will he pay a lab technician at the hospital to change the results to make it appear Will isn't the baby's father?

What happened last week on The Bold and the Beautiful

Last week on The Bold and the Beautiful, the Spencers learned Luna is alive, Li (Naomi Matsuda) secretly kept her in her apartment, and Luna tricked Will into sleeping with her. They also realized just how delusional Luna is, as she happily announced she's pregnant and they're all going to welcome her and Will's baby into their family.

Bill was so infuriated that he dragged Luna out of Li's apartment. We were hoping he would take her to the police station, but instead, he took her back to his place and made her take a few more home pregnancy tests.

Luna is definitely expecting

All the tests showed that Luna is definitely pregnant. She couldn't have rigged the results, since Bill was right there when she took the tests. He kept ordering her to get an abortion, which tells us we're seeing a comeback of the old Dollar Bill. We've heard him make this demand to other women in the past, namely, Katie and Quinn (who was played by Rena Sofer).

Luna and Bill are both strong-willed. She is passionate about wanting to have and keep her baby, and Bill wants to protect Will from the responsibility of fatherhood to a child whose mother is a two-time murderer. If Bill demands a paternity test after the baby is born, will he go so far as to pay a lab worker to change the results so it looks like Will isn't the baby's father? He said he would do anything to protect his sons, but was that merely an expression, or should we take it literally?

Or will Katie be the one who pays someone to mess with the results?

Katie (Heather Tom) isn't normally the kind of character who would do something shady like that. But given how devastated and angry she is that Luna targeted her son, it's possible she could go into full-on mama bear mode to protect Will from Luna's machinations. She knows Will loves Electra (Laneya Grace), and she hates that Luna violated Will. So, maybe in an act of desperation, Katie may pay a hospital worker to mess with the paternity test. And if someone does mess with the test, what will Luna do if she finds out about it? Surely, there will be hell to pay.

If only there were a character on The Bold and the Beautiful who isn't able to have children but wants a child badly. Then, if the Spencers turn Luna in to the police and she has the baby while she's in prison, that character could have adopted the baby, and we could have had a future storyline where Luna escapes and is obsessed with finding her baby. That would have been soapy, and Lisa Yamada would have given an awesome performance as a young mother who is desperate to be reunited with her child.

But it feels like we may be headed for a paternity-change storyline, and the two prime culprits would be Bill and Katie. It's hard to picture Will doing something underhanded like that. Our money would be on Bill, since he has a history of committing devious acts.
