Here are your Days of our Lives photo spoilers for Friday, August 22, 2025.

What to expect on Days of our Lives

Johnny (Carson Boatman) walks into the courtroom ready to hear his fate, but what happens next he does not expect. Leo (Greg Rikaart) and the jury return after deliberations, and Leo hands a note with the verdict to the judge. Everyone waits with baited breath, but then Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) appears to burst into the courtroom with a huge announcement.

After her outburst, Kristen is cuffed, and Shawn (Brandon Beemer) takes her down to the Salem PD. Did Kristen throw herself on her sword to save her daughter and make sure that Rachel (Alice Halsey) emerges from EJ's (Daniel Feuerriegel) shooting unscathed? She was the first person arrested after EJ was shot, so her story could work.

In the courtroom, everyone breathes a sigh of relief when it looks like Johnny will be set free. He embraces Chanel (Raven Bowens), as Paulina (Jackee Harry), EJ, and Marlena (Deidre Hall) look on with relief.

EJ also takes the time to talk to Belle (Martha Madison), but she really doesn't want anything to do with him at this point. EJ went way too far when he threw her under the bus and exposed their relationship in court. Now, they don't even have a relationship.
