Days of our Lives Spoilers, June 6: Anna returns to Salem, Jennifer lets loose

Salem is chock-full of returns and arrivals this week as everyone who has ever known or loved John seems to descend on the town, reminding us how loved John Black (Drake Hogestyn) truly was.

Marlena (Deidre Hall) is pleased to welcome Anna (Leann Hunley) home after she'd been touring in Europe with Tony (Thaao Penghlis). When she learned of John's death, she had to get back to Salem once again. Anna and Carrie (Christie Clark) are thrilled to reunite as mother and daughter, who never seem to see each other. Anna fawns over pictures of her grandson, but she is not Marlena's only visitor.

Sophia (Rachel Boyd) and Amy (Shi Ne Nielson) arrive to meet Tate (Leo Howard) so they can tour labor and delivery. Amy brings baked goods, as if Marlena does not already have enough. She also introduces herself to Carrie. Will she also recognize a picture of Sami (Alison Sweeney), just like Cat did?

Later, Tate and Sophia go on their tour as the reality of their situation hits them. Sophia is really going to give birth soon, and they haven't even lined up a couple to adopt their baby.

Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) and Chad's (Billy Flynn) skydiving date doesn't go quite as planned. Chad is terrified of heights and ends up slightly injured when it is all over.

When Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) hears that Chad is dating Cat Greene, or at least taking her skydiving, she lets Jack (Matthew Ashford) know exactly how she feels. When Chad and Cat arrive back at the Horton house, it's clear that Chad hurt his leg because he hobbles in with Cat helping.

Cat is mortified to see Jack and Jennifer there, but it's Chad who will be in the hot seat. Despite his hurt leg, Jennifer lets Chad know exactly how she feels. This woman impersonated her dead daughter and let her believe that Abigail had returned. It was the cruelest thing she could have done. Jennifer doesn't understand how Chad is now friends with Cat.
