Days of our Lives Spoilers, September 1: Mini Golf brings passion for Cat and Chad

What to expect on Days of our Lives

It's a celebration day for the Greene clan when Aaron (Louis Tomeo) makes his way back to Salem to start college at Salem University. To mark the occasion, it looks like Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) takes Felicity (Kennedy Garcia) and Aaron to play mini golf, where they run into a whole slew of people.

After Chad (Billy Flynn) gives Thomas (Cary Christopher) some words of support, Chad takes his son to play mini golf, and they also run into people they know. Tate (Leo Howard) is even there with Rachel (Alice Halsey) to try to cheer her up. Somehow, Cat and Chad end up alone playing golf and share a few close moments. Those close moments culminate with a kiss. This time, neither one of them is high on cold medicine, so this kiss counts.

However, Chad might want to watch who he is locking lips with because his mother-in-law is expected back in town later this week. When Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) learns that Chad is still spending all this time with Cat, she is sure to have a conniption. Hopefully, she doesn't spy them kissing.

Brady's big surprise

When Brady (Eric Martsolf) pays a visit to the lawyer who allegedly handled the adoption of Tate and Sophia's (Rachel Boyd) baby, he is in for a big surprise. Does she tell him that she has no idea who Sophia Choi even is? That will be a big red flag for Brady, who already sees multiple red flags in Sophia's story of giving birth in Chicago and handing over her baby for adoption immediately.

However, it looks like Melinda (Tina Huang) decides to cover her tracks and pay this lawyer a visit. Did Melinda give Brady and Tate her name because they are friends? Perhaps Melinda asks the attorney to correct her story with Brady. Perhaps she even pays her off because Melinda always seems to have money to do things like this.

Brady is still not about to give up. Something is not adding up about the fate of his grandchild, and he is determined to get to the bottom of things.
