Days of our Lives fans have been dreading the day when Martha Madison departs the canvas as beloved character Belle Black, and that sad day will soon be approaching.
In response to a fan's inquiry on Twitter, the actress, who has a new role on Amazon's One Mississippi, revealed that her DAYS alter ego will be disappearing from Salem "in early September."
Viewers of the show were thrilled when Madison returned to the canvas in November, only to be shocked when the powers that be decided to write both Belle and Shawn (Brandon Beemer) off in March, following the writing team swaperoo.
Marie Wilson (Summer) and Sal Stowers (Lani Price) were also casualties of the behind-the-scenes shakeup.
