Get ready, soap opera fans, because CBS's The Talk will be announcing this year's official 43rd Annual Daytime Emmy nominees this week.
The glitz and glamour of the 43rd annual Daytime Emmy Awards officially kicks off this week with the official nominees being announced for the second year in a row live on CBS's The Talk this Thursday, March 24.
Following the live reveal of 2016's biggest names chosen to vie for Emmy statues in the official ceremony this May, The National Academy of Television Arts & Scientists (NATAS) will be releasing the full list. Those nominations will be posted right here on Soap Central.
In other news, soap opera fans can once again look forward to The Talk's annual Daytime Emmy "After Party," a special post-celebration episode that will take place on Monday, May 2 (the day after the 43rd Daytime Emmy Awards, which take place on Sunday, May 1).
