The National Academy of Televisions Arts & Sciences announced the presenters for the 43rd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards today, and several soap opera favorites made the list.
With less than a week to go until the 43rd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards happen, the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences has announced the official presenters handing out this year's coveted awards.
Soap opera favorites who will be gracing the stage during the big event on Sunday, May 1, include:
• B&B's Karla Mosley (Maya), Pierson Fod (Thomas), Jacob Young (Rick)
• DAYS' Camila Banus (Gabi), Billy Flynn (Chad) and Jen Lilley (Theresa);
• GH's Teresa Castillo (Sabrina), Laura Wright (Carly) and Donnell Turner (Curtis)
• Y&R's Gina Tognoni (Phyllis), Hunter King (Summer) and Jason Thompson (Billy), as well as the series' alum and Criminal Minds star Shemar Moore (ex-Malcom Winters)
Soap opera favorites scheduled to appear during the Creative Arts Emmys on Friday, April 29, include:
• B&B's Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke), Heather Tom (Katie) and Don Diamont (Bill)
• DAYS' Olivia Rose Keegan (Claire) and James Lastovic (Joey)
• GH's Lisa LoCicero (Olivia) and Anthony Montgomery (Andre)
• Y&R's Tracey E. Bregman (Lauren) and Christian J. LeBlanc (Michael)
Though this year's Daytime Emmy Awards celebration won't be televised, both the Emmys and the Creative Arts Emmys will be available to fans via live Internet streaming on Periscope.
