Popular social media influencer and reality TV star Jen Affleck recently shared behind-the-scenes photos of her first week on Dancing with the Stars (DWTS). The 26-year-old mum of three shared eleven exclusive photos with People magazine showcasing how she combined rehearsals, a live show and family moments.
In the pictures, Jen Affleck took us on a journey through backstage preparations, sweet family moments, and spousal support from Zac Affleck.
“Zac and I wearing our custom Jen and Jan shirts for week one and sharing a little moment together before the premiere,” she captioned a couple selfie.
In another picture, Jennifer posed with her dance partner for the show, Jan Ravnik.
“Quickstep rehearsals are underway! Jan makes everything look easy! Who knew I was this flexible?”
Jen also received a surprise visit from her oldest child, three-year-old Nora.
“Nora coming to visit me at rehearsals is something I look forward to. Being able to share this experience with her has been a blessing!”
Along with reflecting on her first week of the dance show, Jennifer also provided a preview of what fans can expect from the second week of the competition. The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives alum showed off her ‘Jen and Jan Week 2’ shirts.

Eight weeks after the birth of her third child, Penelope, Jen Affleck joined the 34th season of Dancing with the Stars. Jennifer went viral on TikTok for dancing on her countertops and has shown interest in being on the dance show multiple times. The momtoker revealed to The Wrap that she was grateful for the opportunity to appear on DWTS.
“When I got the opportunity, I knew this would mean more than just dancing. It would mean sharing more of my story.”
Jen Affleck hoped her story would inspire other mothers and make them happy.
“The whole reason why I even started doing social media in the first place, which led me to reality TV, was so I could share my story. Hopefully, by doing that, I could maybe inspire another mom or make someone happy, and that’s exactly what ‘Dancing With the Stars’ focuses on.”
