50 Cent recently took to Instagram to seemingly comment on the lawsuit against Jay Z, legally known as Shawn Corey Carter, se***lly abused a 13-year-old minor during Combs held a party after the MTV Music Awards in 2000 in New York. Cent stated in an Instagram post updated on December 9, 2024:
"Ok I don’t know what’s going on, but are we gonna still have the Super Bowl. I’m just asking for a friend ! @bransoncognac @lecheminduroi."
The singer's comments drew reactions from netizens all across social media, as exemplified by the tweet below:
"Always there for his enemies’ funeral."
Many netizens reacted in agreement with 50 Cent, proclaiming he had predicted these allegations and incidents or that he never missed far from the mark when making such comments:
"I've been watching 50 Cent since he started being right about everything and I knew this Jay Z s*t was coming." one netizen reacted.
"50 got dirt on them because he never gets confronted. They just let him tire himself out." another netizen stated.
"IDC IDC IDC I LOVE ME SOME 50. man ain’t never not make me laugh man" one fan expressed their hilarity.
"This guy will take his shot every opportunity he gets...and he don't miss! Gotta love 50 sense of humor and sarcasm!", another fan commented.

50 Cent recently revealed Jay Z did not want him to perform at the 2022 Super Bowl Half-Time
The singer revealed that Jay Z did not want him to perform at the 2022 Super Bowl Half Time during an exclusive interview on December 5, 2024 with Camron that was released on the You're Welcome Network YouTube channel:
“This is why I was saying I knew what ol’ boy [Jay-Z] was doing with the Super Bowl. He was doing some wild sh–, Cam, because he was saying to Em and them that the NFL had the issue with me. And I’m like, ‘Well, what’s the issue?"
The singer continued:
"Why don’t they have an issue when I’m becoming a partner with the actual teams? But they have an issue with my performance? It makes no sense.’”
While 50 Cent seemingly responded to the allegations against Jay Z, the rapper himself has denied the accusations against him and has called out the lawsuit as an attempt to blackmail him, stating:
"These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree? These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case. This lawyer, who I have done a bit of research on, seems to have a pattern of these type of theatrics!”
The rapper continued:
"I’m not from your world. I’m a young man who made it out of the project of Brooklyn. We don’t play these types of games. We have very strict codes and honour. We protect children, you seem to exploit people for personal gain..."
50 Cent and Jay Z tussled in the early years of their careers, with Jay Z taking a potshot at Cent back in 1999. Cent later went on to brag about G Unit Reebok shoes, which outsold Jay Z's shoes.
