Are Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson Hollywood’s newest couple?

The question on everyone’s lips is whether Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson are dating. The two stars appear as love interests in the comedy film Naked Gun, to be released on August 1, 2025.

Pamela Anderson, 58, and Liam Neeson, 73, have been attending press runs for the movie together, and fans and media have been trying to ascertain if the couple are cordial coworkers or something more. They appeared on the July 29, 2025, episode of The TODAY Show, and host Craig Melvin tried to clear the air once and for all:

“What’s the deal here? You’re both single right now. There’s clearly chemistry on display throughout this film. Are you two an item?”

Neeson appeared taken aback by the question, while Pamela Anderson stated that she didn’t understand it. Neeson clarified that he had never met Anderson prior to shooting the movie and discovered their acting chemistry:

"Had never met Pamela before. We met on set. And we discovered we had a lovely, budding chemistry — as two actors.”

Neeson added:

"It’s like, ‘Oh, this is nice. Let’s not mold this. Let’s just let it breathe,” Neeson continued. “And that’s what we did.”

Interviewer Craig commented that the world was watching the beginnings of a budding relationship, saying:

“America’s here for it, we're here for whatever this turns into.”

The show host then playfully instructed the couple to return to the show after they made things official in the romance department.

According to People’s July 29, 2025, exclusive report, a source claims that the couple is in a relationship in its early stages:

"It's a budding romance in the early stages. It's sincere, and it's clear they're smitten with each other."

The source also reported that Neeson and Pamela Anderson are enjoying each other’s company as they promote their upcoming film. The actors posed on the red carpet for the New York premiere of Naked Gun.

The actors attended the event alongside their sons. In an October 2024 interview, Neeson spoke about his costar, stating that he was “madly in love with her”:

"With Pamela, first off, I'm madly in love with her. She's just terrific to work with,” he said at the time. “I can't compliment her enough, I'll be honest with you. No huge ego. She just comes in to do the work. She's funny and so easy to work with."
