Bill Belichick, the head coach of the North Carolina Tar Heels football team, and his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, were seen sharing a moment on the sidelines just before Bill's team suffered a crushing defeat to the UFC Knights.
In the pictures circulating online, Jordon appeared to be giving Bill a pep talk before the start of the game. The online fashion influencer wore an off-shoulder white top with a mini blue skirt. She paired the outfit with a blue and white shoulder bag and white stiletto boots.
The North Carolina Tar Heels lost to UCF 34-9, ending their winning streak. After the game, Bill stated,
“First of all, he did a great job with UCF today,” referring to the UCF coach. “Their team played well, certainly better than we did. There were too many problems out there to be consistent.”
He added:
“There are a lot of things that we need to do a better job of, and they were just better than us today.”
More details on Bill Belichick and Jordon Hudson’s relationship
Bill Belichick and Jordon Hudson made their relationship official in December 2024. Unfortunately, the news has not met with support from football enthusiasts, drawing scrutiny due to the age difference between them.
According to Pablo Torre, as stated on his podcast, Pablo Torre Finds Out,
“Bill Belichick’s family is extraordinarily concerned about what has transpired. One Belichick family source told me, 'There is deep worry for how detrimental Jordon can be for not just North Carolina but Bill’s legacy, reputation — everything he has built and worked for over decades'.”

Bill Belichick addressed these concerns, stating that Jordan was not a distraction but a strong source of support. On the Pivot Podcast, Belichick stated,
“I stay focused on football, and some of the other opportunities that come along, you know, Jordon looks at those and can dig into them a bit deeper. But really, what she does helps me spend my time on football, and that’s what's important to me."
In May 2025, it was reported that Jordon was banned from UNC football facilities; however, the university denied the rumours. In a statement,
“While Jordon Hudson is not an employee at the University or Carolina Athletics, she is welcome to the Carolina Football facilities. Jordon will continue to manage all activities related to Coach Belichick’s personal brand outside of his responsibilities for Carolina Football and the University.”
