‘Busking in the Outback’: Terri Irwin’s 4-year-old granddaughter Grace goes viral as an adorable little musician

Terri Irwin, popular American-Australian conservationist and zookeeper, shared an adorable photo of her four-year-old granddaughter playing with a toy guitar on Instagram.

Grace, Terri’s granddaughter, was born to Bindi Irwin and husband Chandler Powell in March 2021. The four-year-old wore a brown top paired with wide-leg jeans and blue socks.

Her pink and brown bucket hat added more color to the sunny outfit and completed Terri Irwin, captioning the cute post of her granddaughter on Instagram:

"Busking in the Outback.”

Bindi Irwin recently celebrated her daughter’s fourth birthday on her Instagram. In March 2025, the ecstatic mother shared a carousel of photos on her Instagram, alternating between individual shots of Grace and their family of three.

The caption read:

"March 25 Celebrating 5 years of marriage and our beautiful daughter’s 4th birthday. I still can’t believe Grace was born on our anniversary. Thankful every minute for this incredible family of mine. How did I get so lucky?"

Terri Irwin's daughter, Bindi Irwin, and Chandler Powell first met in 2013 when Powell, a former professional wakeboarder, travelled to Australia for a competition. He took a trip to the zoo during his Australian trip and met Bindi there.

The pair hit it off and dated for six years before getting engaged on July 24, 2019. They had planned a big celebration, but changed their plans after the coronavirus outbreak. Bindi Irwin and her husband instead opted to exchange vows in front of close family members at the Australia Zoo gardens

They welcomed their daughter Grace in 2021. In an exclusive interview with People in August 2023, Bindi Irwin shared her battle with Endometriosis and how she felt lucky to have given birth to her daughter regardless.

"For us personally, we feel so lucky to have Grace. I think that every day I wake up and I look at our beautiful daughter and think she is our tiny little miracle, and it makes me cry because we were very, very lucky to have her."

She added:

"And there was every chance that we wouldn't have been able to have a little one, so to have our beautiful girl, we are so lucky. And I wish more people would pause before asking, 'Why aren't you having more children?'"
