“I can't keep my hands off her now!”: Chris Hughes speaks about his relationship with JoJo Siwa, reveals marriage hopes

Love Island alum Chris Hughes has spoken up about his relationship with Nickelodeon child star JoJo Siwa. In an exclusive interview with The Sun magazine, the 32-year-old Big Brother UK star talked about the growth of his relationship with the 22-year-old Dance Moms star. Chris Hughes revealed that his relationship with Siwa gave him a “magical feeling,” stressing that she was his “most precious person.”

Chris said he had adored her even when they were on Big Brother UK celebrity version together, claiming he “adored the ground she walked on and the way she handled herself.” He added that their feelings grew even after they left the show. They talked to each other a lot as friends, but things changed after his trip to Mexico.

According to Chris Hughes, their relationship became deeper after the Mexico trip. Following that, they traveled to Orlando, where they spent three days together and met JoJo's parents. While there, the couple shared their first kiss.

“Our first kiss was genuinely special – it felt like I was in a movie. I can’t keep my hands off her now!” he told Sun Magazine.

Chris Hughes shared more details about his relationship with JoJo Siwa

Chris Hughes told The Sun his relationship with JoJo Siwa was meant to be.

“Life has an unexpected way of bringing two people together, and this feels like that. We were meant to cross paths … We keep saying to each other it was serendipity. Life handed me a blessing in my lap.”

He revealed that he had dropped the “Love bomb” many times.

“Every day I tell her. I can’t explain it, but it’s a safe love. It’s like a natural high.”

He also talked about his hopes of growing their relationship to the next level.

“I’d love to marry her,” he said. “I’d be lying if I didn’t tell you I run through scenarios of our wedding day … We’d have a proper English wedding and I can imagine her in a full wedding dress.”

He talked about their interest in having their own kids and revealed that both of them have a close relationship with each other's families. While the couple are in a transatlantic relationship, Hughes has revealed his determination to be with her wherever she is in the world.

“I’m obsessed with her. I’d do anything for her,” he said.

After explaining how close JoJo and his mom are, Chris revealed that he has received Siwa’s parents' seal of approval. He added that he is now part of her family’s group chat.

While some fans may not be in support of his relationship with the professional dancer, Chris Hughes has said he doesn't care.

“I don’t care. I wouldn’t go to the effort of loving someone for any other reason than it being real. Having been in this industry for eight years, I needed to adapt to having criticism from different angles. The past few months have actually made me a little stronger mentally.”
