Puerto Rican-American reality TV star, rapper, and actress Joseline Hernandez is currently facing backlash for allegedly mistreating the cast members of her Zeus network reality series, Joseline’s Cabaret.
The California-based sixth season of the show premiered on August 3, 2025. However, now, two months later, viewers are accusing her of alleged bullying, verbal abuse, and emotional manipulation of the contestants, both during rehearsals and the episodes.
Notably, several clips from the series show dancers walking out in tears after enduring Hernandez’s harsh remarks. Following the viral circulation of these videos, Joseline has come under intense public criticism.
For instance, X user @Meika_DTN wrote in a post:
“Joseline needs to stop talking to her girls the way she does. It’s unacceptable. Nobody deserves to be treated like that. #JoselinesCabaretCalifornia.”
Several others joined in the outrage.
“Joseline, is it crack? How do you just walk in and start belittling, demeaning, and berating your own staff? Then expect them to stay loyal to you? #JoselinesCabaretCalifornia,” a netizen asked.
“Speaking to grown-a** women this way is wild. Some of these ladies, if not all, are mothers. I wish you respect them more, really #JoselinesCabaretCalifornia,” another netizen wrote.
“Like, do you even care about the girls fr the way she be treating and talk to them f**k how much you paying it’s the respect at the end of the day okay you HBIC but you supposed to be elevating the girls not putting them down #JoselinesCabaretCalifornia,” a user wrote.
Others continued with their backlash.
“Yeah, Joseline weird a** fr. Idk how anyone can't see how she picks on people she can't beat or is intimidated by. People who aren’t a** kissers & don’t have low self-esteem don’t belong on the show because that's who she’s looking for. #JoselinesCabaretCalifornia,” another user wrote.
“I’m sorry, but Joseline’s music is too bad for her to be talking to people like this #JoselinesCabaretCalifornia,” an individual wrote.
“Joseline, honey, you tripping on this episode, babes, nobody doing sh*t and you just being a bully calling them ugly and making them leave for nothing, that’s lame a** #JoselinesCabaretCalifornia,” wrote another.
Joseline Hernandez had defended herself against the viral backlash
Responding to the online outrage, Joseline Hernandez took to X on October 5 and defended herself. She claimed that to safeguard her career, she had to behave the way she did.
“I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER GIVE Y’ALL H*ES THAT SATISFACTION b*tch, bye, go get your own Show and then run it how you like until then b*tch shut your f**king sl*t mouth. I will get all new h*es every chance again,” she captioned her post.
It was accompanied by a 56-second clip from the show. Joseline Hernandez continued the caption:
“This has always been about JOSELINES CABARET, not YOU SL*TS. GET WITH THE PROGRAM OR YOU ARE GONE BYE-BYE. All new episodes come out tonight. Click the link on bio and subscribe now #JoselinesCabaretCalifornia.”
In the video, she also explained that she was going to “deal” in her own way with the girls in her cabaret, and had to ensure that they don’t “disrespect” her, her leadership, and the show in any way, and would be there for the cabaret. Otherwise, she wouldn’t want them around.
It is noteworthy that Joseline's Cabaret franchise has become infamous since its inception in 2020 for its on-set brawls.
Earlier, in June 2023, Joseline Hernandez went viral for her fight with rapper and Josephine Cabaret cast member Big Lex in the back hallways of FLA Live Arena in Sunrise, Florida, during an exhibition bout of Floyd Mayweather and John Gotti III.
At the time, Joseline Hernandez was arrested on four different charges, including trespassing and battery, according to TMZ reports. Her mugshot also began trending on social media.
Joseline Hernandez is best known as the self-proclaimed “Puerto Rican Princess” on the reality show Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta in 2012, where she appeared as Stevie J’s protégé and love interest. Later, she became a mother to Stevie’s daughter, Bonnie Bella.
Joseline Hernandez’s romance with music producer Ballistic Beats on Marriage Boot Camp was also well-known. She is also noted for her rap music, including the 2016 debut single Bailar and Vegas (I Wanna Ride) that became a hit the following year.
Joseline Cabaret previously had five seasons, based in Miami, Atlanta, Las Vegas, New York City, and Houston.
