However, in a recent red carpet event, the pair were seen together at the TIFF premiere of Frankenstein. Fans and netizens have reignited speculations that the actor and influencer are dating again.

Olivia Jade wore a chic, cream-colored, flowy dress with a train to the premiere. She styled her hair in subtle waves and completed the look with a pair of black sunglasses. Jacob, on the other hand, wore an oversized navy suit and accessorized with a small black bag.

The couple did not take any photos together on the red carpet. However, at one point, when they were ascending the stairs to the screening room, Jacob Elordi can be seen holding Olivia's train as she is walking up.

When did Jacob Elordi and Olivia Jade start dating?

The first time Jacob and Olivia were spotted in public together was four years ago (2021). They were in the Silver Lake neighborhood, grabbing coffee, and Elordi brought his golden retriever, Layla, along.

However, the following year, Jacob was spotted with model Bianca Finch, which made everyone confused whether he and Olivia were dating or not. But that was the only time he was seen with the model.

A month later, he was again spotted with Jade in L.A. They were both playing with their dogs in a park. The first breakup happened just a few months after they started dating. By August, an insider source revealed that Elordi was not ready for a "serious relationship".

Another source revealed to Life & Style, saying:

"They were never official but have gotten close earlier this summer and enjoyed spending time together. Olivia's having fun being single!"

By September, rumors had circulated that the two were getting back together. However, an insider source shared:

"They're into each other, but it's still quite casual. They're seeing where things go as Jacob is really busy with his film career right now but they have great chemistry together."

At the beginning of 2023, J-14 confirmed that the pair had split again. According to a source:

"They were going around in circles—with their fighting, breaking up, making up, getting back together and then then breaking up again. It was like something you see in high school... Jacob had enough and dumped Olivia a month ago, and this time it appears to be over for good."

But it seems like the source was wrong, because by May, the couple were seen together again. They spent the majority of the year together, going on dates and vacations together. When GQ asked Jacob Elordi about his relationship, he refused to comment. In his words:

"I appreciate you giving me the space."

They started last year as singles, but were seen celebrating Olivia's sister's birthday in September. All seemed to be well and good until they called it quits recently in August 2025.
