Kendrick Lamar and SZA announce additional 2025 ‘Grand National’ tour dates: All you need to know

Kendrick Lamar and SZA have announced additional dates for their 2025 ‘Grand National’ tour dates. The new dates are scheduled to be held on May 24, 2025 at the Sofi Stadium in Los Angeles and at the June 13, 2025 at the Rogers Centre in Toronto, Ontario.

Tickets for the new dates will go on sale on December 6, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. local time from The Grand National Tour website. Tickets for the other dates are also on sale on the website. The new dates were announced on the rapper's official website, whereas the original tour was announced via a post on Instagram page on December 3, 2024:

Kendrick Lamar and SZA's upcoming tour will be the duo's first co-headlining tour. The tour comes after Kendrick Lamar released his latest studio album, GNX, on November 22, 2024.

The new album featured guest performances by SZA, Sam Dew, Deyra Barrera and Ink as well as AzChike, Dody6, Peysoh, Hitta J3, Siete7x, Wallie the Sensei, Lefty Gunplay, Roddy Ricch and YoungThreat.

SZA, meanwhile, is set to release her latest studio album, Luna, sometime in the near future. The singer talked about the upcoming album in her exclusive interview on November 14, 2024:

"I think I am making music from a more beautiful place. From a more possible place versus a more angsty place. I’m not identifying with my brokenness. It’s not my identity. It’s sh*t that happened to me. Yeah, I experienced cruelty. I have to put it down at some point. Piece by piece, my music is shifting because of that, the lighter I get"

The album grew out of the singer's concept for a deluxe edition of her second studio album, SOS. The project eventually split into her third studio album as well as the deluxe edition of her second studio album, both of which will be released in the near future.
