Artem Chigvintsev reportedly buys a new house after receiving $200K from Nikki Garcia divorce settlement

Artem Chigvintsev, 42, has reportedly purchased a new home in California. The news comes right after his divorce settlement of $200,000 from his ex-wife, Nikki Garcia (formerly Nikki Bella), 41.

Their divorce settlement was finalized last year in November. Along with the hefty amount, Garcia will also pay Chigvintsev a monthly child support of $3,500 for their son, Matteo, 4.

Artem bought this new property in Napa, California, Us Weekly confirmed. His new abode, spanning 2,395 square feet, cost him a whopping $915,000.

The Dancing with the Stars champion now owns a lavish property overlooking serene mountain views. This luxury house features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.

Artem's current home is located in the same town where he previously lived. Earlier, he stayed with his family, his ex-wife, and their son. His new house address is just a few miles away, the Daily Mail reported.

Us Weekly recently spoke with the dancer's rep to learn more about his recent real estate purchase. However, the source neither denied nor confirmed the viral news of Artem buying a house in Napa.

Instead, the rep opened up on Chigvintsev's priority of looking after his 4-year-old son. The insider stated,

"Mr. Chigvintsev’s sole focus and highest priority remains the well-being of his son."

The rep further added:

"With that in mind, he will not be providing any further comments regarding this personal matter and respectfully requests continued privacy for both himself and his son moving forward."

The news of Artem Chigvintsev and Nikki Garcia's split followed the former's arrest in 2024. In August, he was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence.

Additionally, they obtained restraining orders against each other, too, according to a People Magazine report. Later, charges against him were dropped, and they are co-parenting their son, Matteo.

Their separation led to a divorce, with Nikki paying a lump sum amount of $200,000 to Artem in two installments. She was ordered to pay the first installment immediately. The second payment installment needs to be covered by the end of 2025. She will also pay $3,500 monthly in child support.

Chigvintsev and Garcia will share the remaining finances for their son's extracurricular activities. Also, they will jointly decide on the little one's school for 2025.
