Zoë Kravitz recently opened up about whether she had been allowed back to visit Taylor Swift's house in Los Angeles. According to People Magazine, the Emmy-nominated actress had earlier opened up about how her mother's pet snake had destroyed Taylor Swift's bathroom while she and her mother, Lisa Bonet, were staying there.

And now, in a recent interview with Entertainment Online, Zoë Kravitz added that she had not visited Taylor Swift's home since that incident and said,

"But not because I wasn’t invited. Just because I haven’t been in L.A."

Taylor Swift, who has been friends with Zoë Kravitz since 2016, recently appeared on the New Heights podcast hosted by her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, and his brother, Jason Kelce. In her appearance, she announced that her much-anticipated twelfth album, titled The Life of a Showgirl, will be released on October 3, and the official website of the singer has already started a countdown in anticipation of the album release.

Zoë Kravitz, who is currently promoting her new movie, Caught Stealing, which also stars Austin Butler, Bad Bunny, and Regina King, among others, revealed something about her relationship with the Grammy-winning singer. In her recent interview with Entertainment Online, while talking about the movie, Zoë Karavitz was asked if she had been to Taylor Swift's house since the incident. To which she said no, but later clarified that it is only because she herself had not been to L.A. since then.

Austin Butler, who was also present during the interview, jokingly added, "Yeah, that's important to clarify," to which Zoë Kravitz humorously said, "No, I’m not allowed there anymore."

Last week, Zoë Kravitz had appeared on Late Night With Stephen Meyers, where she first detailed the funny yet scary incident involving her mother's pet snake. According to People Magazine, Kravitz and her mother stayed at Taylor Swift's home in L.A. for two weeks during the Palisades wildfires.

In her interview she said that her mother's pet snake had hidden in Taylor Swift's bathroom, causing them to rip up several tiles in order to retrieve the snake. She said:

"My mom has a pet snake and so she came over with the snake. We ended up having to stay there for maybe about two weeks. Taylor has a very beautiful house from the ‘30s, it's just something you want to preserve and take care of. It was the last day, I was gonna leave [for work], my mom was actually going to stay longer … and I was saying to my mom, ‘I really want to be a good house guest … I don't want her to even know we were here."

She further added:

"She goes … ‘I'm in a little bit of a pickle, can you come upstairs’ … and she's [in] the bathroom and she's like crouched in the corner in this weird way. She's like, ‘so I was washing my face and I had Orpheus (the snake’s name) and I just put her down for a second, closed the door and she found this little hole in the corner. So I get down the ground, I take the drawers out [and] as this is happening, the snake is getting further and further [away] … I was panicking so much. We're ripping up the tile, we're scratching the walls … [We] completely destroyed Taylor's bathroom.”

She mentioned how she had to call the house manager, offering to pay for all the damages and begging him not to tell Swift everything. However, Taylor Swift got to know about the incident and both of them had a good laugh about it.

Zoë Kravitz's new movie Caught Stealing releases later this month on August 29.
