With more than a month left for the Golden Globes, it now seems that tickets are being sold to the public. However, it must be noted that the award ceremony is not open to the general public. A question on the official website reads:“Can I get tickets to attend the Golden Globes?”In response, it is written:“No, tickets for the awards show are not available to the general public. Audience members include nominees, studio and broadcast partners, sponsors, presenters, and guests of the Golden Globes.”On November 24, Page Six published an exclusive story mentioning that a media company named Penske Media has been selling tickets to the award ceremony to the general public. The tickets were being sold through another site known as The Vault. The tickets were sold at $70,000 for each couple. As per the website, the perks include:“Walk the red carpet at the Golden Globes. Hollywood weekend with exclusive parties, VIP access and premier seating. Personal styling and the coveted Golden Globes Ultimate Gift Bag curated by Robb Report.”As per the news outlet, one gets a chance to purchase the tickets after they plan to buy items like a power boat priced $4.5 million and a Cartier watch worth $110,000, among others. A person from the industry criticised the move, saying:“This is shameless… $70,000 for a pair of tickets, and the tix come with a tux!”At the time of writing, all three tickets are available on the website, and it seems none of them have been purchased.What do we know about the next Golden Globes?The upcoming Golden Globe Awards on January 8, 2026, will be hosted by Nikki Glaser.
