At the same time, the co-chairs Anna Wintour and Pharrell Williams also wore Louis Vuitton to the 2025 Met Gala. The latter has been LV’s Men's creative director since 2023.

The Anxiety rapper had her gala debut this year, wearing an LV outfit and sporting a stamp of the fashion house’s logo on her face. Doechii wore a blazer and vest with the signature Louis Vuitton Monogram and matched it with tailored shorts featuring the brand’s Damier "Checkerboard" pattern. The Denial Is a River also carried a mini LV speedy bag.

Talking to Teyana Taylor and Ego Nwodim on Vogue’s livestream of the 2025 Met Gala, Doechii revealed that she worked with Pharrell Williams and Louis Vuitton for a couple of months to design her outfit. She told the co-hosts that the idea behind her dress was inspired by the character Julius Soubise from Monica L. Miller’s book. Doechii spoke about attending her first gala,

“I’m a little nervous, but it feels really good. This is one of the biggest nights in fashion, and for it to be so Black, I’m present. I’m here.”

Sabrina Carpenter

The Espresso singer made her third appearance at the Met Gala in the last four editions. Sabrina Carpenter wore a Merlot pinstripe bodysuit designed like a tuxedo with a white collar and sparkling buttons for this year's soiree. She also donned necklaces, rings, and an anklet while pairing her outfit with matching platforms.

Carpenter spoke to Vogue about her dress, which Pharrell Williams designed. Speaking about her pantless LV outfit with a lengthy train, the singer said,

“I'm such a massive fan of Pharrell's and have been to the show and I was just like, 'If I could go this year with him, that would be my dream.' And it came true. [...] He was like, 'You're quite short so no pants for you.' So here we are. Here we are.”

Lisa

Lalisa Manobal, better known as Lisa, ditched her pants like Sabrina Carpenter for her Met Gala debut. The Thai rapper-singer-actress has been Louis Vuitton’s house ambassador since July last year and wore the brand’s outfit to the event. Lisa wore a sheer black blazer and paired it with an LV bodysuit, tights, and a purse.

According to Vogue, the K-pop icon’s dress was designed by Pharrell Williams and aimed at recreating an artwork from the artist Henry Taylor through its embroidery. The White Lotus star spoke to the magazine before the fashion soiree and said,

“I'm wearing Louis Vuitton by Pharrell. It recreates an artwork by Henry Taylor. It's crazy. You have to see all the details. Like, can you zoom in?... Like, you can see the LV logo, also his art. I fell in love with this right away.”

Zendaya

The Dune actress made her seventh Met Gala appearance on Monday with an on-theme outfit. Zendaya understood the assignment as she showed up on the red carpet in an all-white three-piece Louis Vuitton zoot suit.

The Spider-Man: No Way Home star paired her fit with a floppy hat, long red nails, jewelry, and a “5.02-carat diamond and 18-karat white gold engagement ring,” per The Hollywood Reporter. Pharrell Williams also designed Zendaya’s LV outfit.

Pusha T

The Daytona rapper also appeared on the red carpet in an LV outfit. Pusha T donned a double-breasted burgundy pinstripe suit in line with the event’s theme, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style.” The highlight of his Louis Vuitton suit was the glittering crystals dusted all over it.

Like Lisa, Pusha T is also LV’s house ambassador, which the brand announced last year in July.

“Pusha T for Louis Vuitton. The Maison and Men's Creative Director Pharrell Williams are pleased to welcome the artist as the newest House Ambassador, beginning a new chapter of Louis Vuitton's longstanding commitment to the musical arts.”

This year’s co-chair and Louis Vuitton’s Men's creative director, Pharrell Williams, bedazzled everyone with his dapper look on the red carpet. The 52-year-old fashion designer and record producer stayed true to the “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style” theme and donned a pearl-textured white pinstripe double-breasted blazer with black trousers.

During Vogue’s live stream, Williams spoke to La La Anthony about the inspiration behind his outfit,

“Well, you know, the Bond Street, southern road textile inspiration of pinstripe, but just in pearls.”

Pharrell Williams also spoke about working with Anna Wintour for almost two years after she asked him to co-chair in 2025.

Apart from the 13-time Grammy winner, Anna Wintour, Jeremy Allen White, Malcolm Washington, Future, and Callum Turner also wore Louis Vuitton to the 2025 Met Gala.
