Apple co-founder Steve Jobs’ daughter, Eve Jobs shared photographs from her bachelorette weekend on June 23. Taking to Instagram, the model posted images of herself enjoying with her friends in Italy, and wrote,

“what a weekend with my favorite girls”

Steve Jobs has four children. His oldest daughter, Lisa Brennan-Jobs was born to the former Apple CEO and his partner at the time, Chrisann Brennan in 1978. His oldest son, Reed Jobs was born to him and his wife, Laurene Powell Jobs in 1991. Jobs had two more children with Laurene, Erin, who was born in 1995, and Eve, born in 1998.

About Steve Jobs’ relationship with his first daughter

Steve Jobs’ oldest child, Lisa Brennan-Jobs was born to the tech guru when he was 23 years old. According to Brennan-Jobs, when she was born, Jobs denied his paternity. In an excerpt of her memoir, Small Fry, published in Vanity Fair, Brennan-Jobs wrote that her father, upon her birth, stated:

“It’s not my kid.”

In her memoir, Brennan-Jobs recounted her early life, and wrote,

“Until I was two, my mother supplemented her welfare payments by cleaning houses and waitressing. My father didn’t help.”

However, according to People Magazine, the Apple co-founder who initially did not help with his daughter’s expenses, was required to pay child-support by the court after a DNA test attested to his paternity of Brennan-Jobs.

Recalling the process in her memoir, Brennan, according to Vanity Fair, wrote,

“Then, in 1980, the district attorney of San Mateo County, California, sued my father for child-support payments. My father responded by denying paternity, swearing in a deposition that he was sterile and naming another man he said was my father.”

Sharing that she was also required to take DNA tests, Brennan-Jobs wrote,

“I was required to take a DNA test. The tests were new then, and when the results came back, they gave the odds that we were related as the highest the instruments could measure at the time: 94.4 percent.”

According to People Magazine, Jobs released a statement about his treatment of his daughter in 2011, and said,

“I've done a lot of things I'm not proud of, such as getting my girlfriend pregnant when I was 23 and the way I handled that.”

Later on, Jobs and his first daughter’s relationship improved. She recalls in her memoir that she used to split time between both her parents’ homes when she was young, and even went on a holiday with her father’s other children and her stepmother.

About Steve Jobs’ children with Laurene Powell Jobs

According to People Magazine, Steve Jobs married Laurene in 1991, and she gave birth to their first child together, Reed, later that year.

A Stanford graduate, Reed Jobs is an investor in venture capitalist firm, Yosemite, and a Managing Director at Emerson Collective till 2023, as per his LinkedIn.

Erin Siena Jobs, the first daughter Jobs had with Laurene, is a ceramicist. Her work was presented at Hauser & Wirth, a gallery in 2022. According to the exhibition’s website, the artist referred to her work with clay, and noted,

“Often, I do not plan what I am making before I begin. I find some of my best work happens while I’m in the present and meditative working state, where my emotions become clear throughout, or even sometimes after. I keep my balance between technical plans and spontaneity flexible.”

Eve Jobs, Jobs and Laurene’s youngest daughter, is a model and a former equestrian. She has worked with Glossier, Louis Vuitton and is signed with DNA Model Management. Even before signing with DNA, Eve walked during the Paris Fashion Week in 2022 for the Coperni show, as per USA Today.

Eve is all set to marry British Olympian Harry Charles, who won a gold medal during the 2024 Paris Olympics in the show jumping competition, as per E! News.
