Jodie Foster recently made headlines for her appearance at this year’s Marrakech Film Festival. The 63-year-old star opened up about her career choice and said that her personality was not meant for acting. In addition to this, Jodie was nominated multiple times in Best Supporting Actress category at Oscars Awards.Jodie Foster revealed acting was never her choiceIn recent interview at Marrakech Film Festival, the Taxi Driver star stated that she never had a personality of an actor.“I would never have chosen to be an actor, I don’t have the personality of an actor. I’m not somebody that wants to dance on a table and, you know, sing songs for people,” Foster said.She even dubbed acting as a ‘cruel job.’ Jodie Foster went on to say that acting would be her last choice if she would be stuck on a deserted island.“It’s actually just a cruel job that was chosen for me as a young person that I don’t remember starting. So right there, it makes my work a little bit different because I am not interested in acting just for the sake of acting. If I was on a desert island, I think probably the last thing I would ever do is act. So I was just trying to survive.”Jodie Foster also showed concern about the child actors of this era. She felt that it was dangerous for them to work on so many movies at an early age.“I feel like, wait, where are their parents? And why is nobody telling them that they should stop doing so many movies or maybe not be so drunk on the red carpet?
