Meghan Trainor is clapping back at critics who have something to say about her 60-pound weight loss, reminding everyone that she's feeling healthier than ever, even if the internet insists on being loud about it.
In her interview with Entertainment Tonight, the pop star opened up on being "attacked" on the web due to the changes in her appearance.
"The the world's getting crazier and meaner, and they're louder. I'm literally for the first time ever, after having babies, taking care of my health to the highest level and I've never felt better and I look incredible. I feel great. And that's when people attack me? I'm like, 'What?'"

Meghan Trainor has been the subject of criticism since earlier this year after she revealed using Mounjaro, a brand name for the GLP-1 injectable tirzepatide, to lose weight.
At the time, she revealed shedding 60 pounds to her fans through an Instagram post, explaining that she had been taking the medication after welcoming her second baby with her husband, Daryl Sabara, known from Spy Kids. She added that she had altered her lifestyle with the assistance of a trainer and a dietician.
Despite this, her weight loss still met flak online.
"I'm like, wait a second, I'm taking care of myself. You don't like it? Okay, what am I supposed to do? I have to find a way to not be affected by that."
Meghan Trainor to her haters: "I can take it because I'm strong"
Still, the Grammy winner seems to be taking the criticisms well, as this is not the first time she has experienced body-shaming. Recalling, she has also faced appearance-based attacks even before she got in shape.
Armed with her new single "Still Don't Care" and her upcoming album, Toy With Me, Meghan Trainor bears a powerful message for her haters:
"Mess with me, I can take it because I'm strong."
She added, revealing:
"If I'll sit there and cry about something, my husband's the first to be like, 'Look up... Your life rocks.' Or if I'm comparing myself, he's like, 'Oh, they don't have Barry and Riley.' I'm like, 'You right.'"

Meghan Trainor echoed the same sentiments during her talk with People ahead of the announcement of her new album.
"My page is usually a friendly, happy, mom-loving place, but it took a dark turn."
The "All About That Bass" singer added:
"People started commenting about my body, saying I'm too thin, and that they don't recognize me anymore. And I was like, 'Oh, I've just been focusing so hard on my health and my fitness that I've never felt better.' So, I was confused and sad and was like, 'Oh, it's almost worse now.' I don't know what happened."
Meghan Trainor's Toy With Me is slated for release in April 2026. The singer will also kickstart her world tour, The Get In Girl Tour, next year.
