“I have made the most difficult decision of my life” — Scott Wolf breaks silence after filing for divorce from wife Kelley Wolf

American actor Scott Wolf spoke about filing for divorce from his wife, Kelley Wolf, ending their 21-year-long marriage.

Scott Wolf revealed to People Magazine on June 10 that he is the one who filed for the divorce.

"After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life, and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley."

Scott shares three children with Wolf: Jackson, Miller, and Lucy.

A while ago, Scott Wolf's wife, Kelley Wolf, poured out these thoughts on the "dissolution of our marriage." Wolf wrote on her social media platform that while she will not reveal all the details, she has done everything in her capacity to walk her path with integrity and passion.

“This has been a long, quiet journey for me—rooted in hope, patience, and care for our children. While I will not speak publicly about the details, I feel peace knowing that I’ve done everything I can to walk this path with integrity and compassion,” Wolf further emphasized in her Instagram post that she and Scott will focus on their children in the next chapter of their lives.

“We both look forward to an extraordinary life centered around the most extraordinary children. My priority has always been their wellbeing—and my own healing. That will never change,” Kelly continued in her Instagram post.

As per an article by the Los Angeles Times on June 11, renowned American actor Scott Wolf confirmed his separation from Kelley Wolf after 21 years of marriage in a statement he said to the publication.

Scott's wife, Kelley Wolf, also confirmed the news of her separation on her social media account. Without revealing any major details about the separation, she called Scott a great father and said that they want to dedicate the rest of their lives to the well-being of their children:

“Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority. So I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.”

Scott met Kelley Wolf on a blind date (that almost didn't happen) in the year 2002, which was set up by the couple's mutual friends. In an interview with Access Hollywood in 2021, Scott revealed details of his first meeting with Kelley Wolf.

“We were meeting at a restaurant and she wound up turning up almost a full hour late. I was asking other people at the bar. I was like, ‘How long do you wait for a blind date?’ And they were like, ‘Kind of an hour tops.’ So she made it under the wire.”

Scott Wolf and Kelley Wolf tied the knot in the year 2004 in Kelley's hometown of Fayetteville, Arkansas. The two later honeymooned in Africa.
