Meanwhile, Cardi recently gave birth to a baby boy whom she shares with NFL player Stefon Diggs.Meanwhile, according to an X post by ‘@FearedBuck,’ Offset could still be considered the father of the newborn child as per the conditions of Georgia Law. The post read:“According to Georgia law, Offset could still be considered the legal father of Cardi B and Stefon Diggs’ newborn because he and Cardi B are still married.”As per Georgia Law, irrespective of who the biological father is, as long as the mother is legally married, the husband is considered the father of the child. However, Stefon Diggs can file for legitimation over the child to be considered the putative father.On November 13, Cardi B shared an Instagram post, sharing the news of her new baby. She wrote:“Starting over is never easy but it’s been so worth it! I brought new music and a new album to the world! A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me, one more reason to love me more than anything else or anyone else so I can continue giving my babies the love and life they deserve.”She further wrote that she had started working on her body and getting in shape for her next tour.
