NBA player Cameron Brink, in the June 30 episode of her podcast Straight to Cam, shared her take on art and modeling. While conversing with her mother, Michelle Brink and teammate Dearica Hamby during the podcast, Brink revealed that she had to be nude for a recent photoshoot. Bink shared,
“I was fully naked for that shoot…I was walking around naked. There were only gays and girls in the room…It wasn’t an issue…I fell like when they have a vision, I am totally I don’t know, I like the artistry of it all. I like shooting stuff like that.”
Going on to address her mother, Brink added,
“You would love it too.”

Michelle Brink, while responding to her daughter, pointed out one of her qualities that she admires. Michelle said,
“You know, what I love is that you are so comfortable in your own skin now.”
Cameron Brink agreed with her mother and further shared that nudity has not been an issue for her even in the locker room, which she shares with her teammates. She shared,
“We just walk around the locker room naked. Like it’s like, I don’t know, I feel like as an athlete, you’re just comfortable like this.”
The WNBA player's mother, a former professional basketball player, pointed out an important difference from her daughter in this regard. She shared,
“I never really got to that point in my skin as an athlete. I was just a little nerdy about it.”
Michelle further elaborated on the issue. She spoke about the difference in attitudes towards nudity in Europe, especially pointing out her experiences in spas abroad, where she felt that individuals, including men and women, were more comfortable in their skin.
Cameron Brink revealed that she is copying her podcast co-host Sydel Curry-Lee’s wedding for her nuptials to Ben Felter
Cameron Brink, who got engaged to rower Ben Felter last year, spoke to People Magazine exclusively about her wedding plans. The couple, who met at Stanford University as student-athletes, plan to return to their alma mater to tie the knot, according to the publication. She said,
“We want to have the wedding on campus. We met at Stanford our freshman year…So, where we met. That’s probably as far as we've gotten with planning. But yeah, definitely going to be using a wedding planner because it's a lot.”

For the planning, Brink also shared that she would love her podcast co-host and longtime friend, Sydel Curry-Lee’s 2018 wedding to NBA player Damion Lee. As per People Magazine, Brink shared,
“I'm actually using Sydel's wedding planner. I loved everything about Sydel's wedding, so I'm glad that she's allowing me to copy her.”
Brink opened up to People Magazine about getting married next year, to maintain focus on recovering from her basketball injury this year.

In June 2024, Cameron Brink, the second draft pick for the Los Angeles Sparks, was forced to cut her season short because of an ACL tear after she slipped during a game against the Connecticut Sun, as per Women’s Health.
As per a Sports medicine specialist, Prem N. Ramkumar, an ACL tear is a tear in one of the ligaments of the knee, known as ‘the anterior cruciate ligament.’
In January, Brink shared a hopeful message about being on the path of recovery. While speaking to Women’s Health, she said,
“I saw this quote the other day. It was like, ‘I’ve definitely met the lowest version of myself this year, but I've also met the strongest version of myself. I didn't let my trajectory stop.”
Cameron Brink also shared that she is focusing on her recovery period to work on her entire body and health, in addition to her knee.
