Olivia Leedham's seven-year-old daughter, Lailah Price, passed away unexpectedly on June 7, 2025.
Recently, Olivia's mother confirmed her granddaughter's unfortunate demise to People Magazine.
One of Olivia Leedham's friends launched a GoFundMe campaign for her. The initiative aims to seek donations for expenses for Olivia and her 10-year-old son, Kaden, whom she had with David Eason.

The organizer of the campaign, Alice Guy, announced the heartbreaking news, mentioning,
"Our friend Olivia Leedham tragically lost her beautiful seven-year-old daughter, Lailah Price, yesterday."

Lailah died in the hospital after suffering a seizure. Explaining her health updates, the announcement further clarified,
"She was in the emergency room several times without a diagnosis, and while in the hospital Friday night, she had a seizure and passed away early Saturday morning, June 7th. We have been friends with this family for many years. Olivia grew up in Greencastle, Pennsylvania, and attended Greencastle schools."
Olivia is Lailah and Kaden's single mother. Calling the little girl "a bright light in their family," Alice added,
"Olivia takes pride in supporting her children and providing for them as a barber, but in light of this terrible tragedy, we are trying to raise money to help her over the next few months covering living expenses, etc. as she tries to heal after this tragic loss."
With the donation drive, the organizer requested to
"keep this family in your prayers as they need them moving forward."

On June 10, Alice wrote on GoFundMe,
"As the family prepares for the funeral this weekend, Olivia and her family are overwhelmed by the generosity of their friends and family. We started this fund to assist in ongoing needs, not knowing if it would be enough, but knowing every donation helps so much."
Noting that they have collected over $10,000, the update also mentioned,
"Contributions are still so very much appreciated and will be used as the future is so unknown and difficult."
The organizer further clarified about the donations, stating,
"Continued contributions are welcomed We will keep you updated as we grieve together with this precious family and assist them along the way."
169 donations have been raised for Olivia Leedham, thus accumulating USD 15,627, at the time of writing.

Many netizens rallied around the grieving mother as donations came pouring in. A donor named Samantha Ehl wrote,
"Olivia and Kaden you are in our families thoughts and prayers. Scarlette loved playing with Lailah and would like you all to know she loved being her friend and playing tag with her outside at recess and at the gator’s practices. Kaden, Ms. Ehl is deeply sorry for the loss of your little sister, I truly am heartbroken for you and for you to know you’re not alone and if you need anything please let me know. Please stay in touch. Big hugs and prayers to your family at this time."
Olivia Leedham shares son Kaden with David Eason. In 2019, she launched a GoFundMe campaign to cover legal expenses for her custody battle with her ex, according to Starcasm.
She detailed the fundraiser in a Facebook post. She announced it, stating,
"Many of you know this has been a long hard road. I’m finally reaching out for help. Let’s get through this together. If you are unable to donate, please share! Every little bit of help is extremely appreciated! Thank you so much! Please keep us in your prayers ❤️"
Olivia set a target of $5,000. It took her nearly ten hours to raise almost half her goal, $2,200. With donations from over 150 netizens, she got her anticipated donations in over 24 hours, she confirmed on Facebook.
