Raven-Symoné is mourning the sudden loss of her former Cosby Show co-star, Malcolm-Jamal Warner. She was spotted at Los Angeles International Airport on Tuesday, appearing shaken. In a brief exchange with a paparazzo, she said she was “not good” and acknowledged she was dealing with “a lot.”

The actress hugged her wife, Miranda Pearman-Maday, tightly before walking through the terminal. The emotional moment was captured by cameras and showed how deeply she was affected by Warner’s passing. The two worked together on The Cosby Show from 1989 to 1992.

Raven-Symoné later shared an audio message on Instagram to honor Warner. In it, she called him a “big brother” and mentioned he gave the best hugs and advice. She also extended her condolences to his family, including his wife, daughter, and mother.

She later told the cameraman that she had lost a lot, especially in the past few years. These losses include the death of her father in 2024 and her younger brother in 2023.

What happened to Malcolm-Jamal Warner?

Malcolm-Jamal Warner died on Sunday while vacationing with his family in Costa Rica. It is reported that he was caught in high waves at Playa Grande beach while visiting Cahuita, Limon. The Caribbean Guard personnel stated that the drowning happened immediately.

Rescue workers pulled him out of the water, but there were no vital signs. CPR was performed on the beach, but it failed. He was 54 years old at the time of his death.
