On November 27, the X account ‘@PopBase’ shared a post saying that streaming site Netflix temporarily crashed after the Stranger Things season 5 premiere. The news did not seem to make social media users happy as they shared memes and GIFs while reacting to the news. Meanwhile, one X user commented:

“Netflix servers: "Vecna got us again"”

Many social media users drew similarities between the crash and the show. According to one netizen:

“Netflix crashed because the Demogorgon tried to binge-watch too? Or was it just Eleven's powers finally short-circuiting the servers?”

One X user sounded nonchalant about the issue as they commented:

Here’s what the Stranger Things cast members said about working together in the show

During a recent conversation with Entertainment Tonight, the cast members of the show shared moments of working together. Gaten Matarazzo said there was a corner at the production office where they would teach Millie Bobby Brown how to play baseball. Millie said:

“We had to do like 30 minutes of PT every day. And so we would do 30 minutes of ball like out on the studio lot.”
