Actor CJ Wallace, son of late rapper Biggie Smalls, has been dragged into a lawsuit against Sean Diddy Combs. According to Vibe, the legal complaint was lodged earlier in July 2025 by a person who has been named John Doe.

The plaintiff alleged that in 2020, Wallace and others took him to the Revolt TV place. Once he reached the venue, he was taken to a private room by Wallace and other individuals. In the room where Diddy was waiting, he was forced to perform fellatio on him. Per the lawsuit, he managed to escape the room.

The lawsuit accused Wallace of being a ‘henchman’ in the entire incident. CJ Wallace and others, including producer Charlie Mack, helped him get back to his place. In his lawsuit, John Doe claimed that the alleged activity was photographed to blackmail him. He was initially promised career opportunities.

According to TMZ, besides this claim, John Doe also alleged that Diddy threw a shirt covered in seminal fluid at him in 2020. Reacting to the lawsuit, Combs’ legal team told the outlet:

“Mr. Combs’s trial and acquittal on trafficking and RICO charges prove what we have been saying all along: Mr. Combs never s**ually assaulted or trafficked anyone.”

They argued:

“That people continue to broadcast and file false accusations, no matter how heinous and uncorroborated, is unfortunate, but Mr. Combs will not back down. He will fight for as long as necessary to win his full vindication.”

John Doe is seeking compensation for the damages from the parties involved, including CJ Wallace.

What did Diddy and CJ Wallace say about The Notorious B.I.G.?

In 2017, Diddy honored CJ Wallace’s father, The Notorious B.I.G., at the Billboard Music Awards. He said Biggie’s albums Ready to Die and Life After Death sold over 25 million copies worldwide and completely changed hip-hop.

He called Biggie the best rapper he ever worked with and said watching him create music was beyond words. Diddy went on:

“In 1993, it was all a dream that's when God blessed me with the opportunity and the vision to start Bad Boy Records. Bad Boy Records became one of the most successful hip-hop and R&B labels in history, selling over a half a billion records worldwide but it all started with The Notorious B.I.G.”

He then asked the audience to stand up and show their respect to the late rapper. Combs then called CJ Wallace to the stage. Wallace said:

“I know my father is looking down on all of us tonight in all of this love and support my sister and I will continue to carry on his name with tremendous pride and live my life by his words.”

He said they were preparing them for the future so they would know what to do when it was their turn to take over and make their mark on the world.
