New York Jets football cornerback Kris Boyd is reportedly in a serious condition following a shooting incident, the New York Post exclusively reports. The incident took place on November 16 when Boyd was shot, following which he was taken to Bellevue Hospital.The police noted that the incident happened at West 38th Street, which was close to Seventh Avenue. The outlet mentions that he was involved in an altercation just near the Sei Less restaurant. The situation escalated, and the gunmen fired two shots, as informed by the law enforcement. Although critical, Boyd is reportedly stable at the hospital. His friend Ernest Quander said:“He’s all good right now. He’s in good condition. He’s doing real good.”As per sources, two cars: a Mercedes and a BMW, were at the incident site, but they managed to get away. According to a representative:“We are aware of the situation involving Kris Boyd and will have no further comment at this time.”According to the BBC, the police were called to the scene at 2 a.m., and they responded outside the high-end restaurant. Although nobody has been arrested yet, an investigation is being carried out. Too many young lives have been tragically altered and cut short by this epidemic.”Kris Boyd’s teammate Harrison Phillips also posted his thoughts about the incident on his X, writing:“Father God, we come to you right now, asking for your healing power over KB.
