What did Hazel E say? Cardi B fires back at rapper following Love & Hiphop accusation

Tensions have been brewing between reality star Hazel E and rapper Cardi B, and things got serious when Hazel recently made shocking claims during an interview with Shirley’s Temple podcast.

The former Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood star alleged that Cardi B had sold her body for relevancy in the music industry, to which the multiple Grammy Award-winning rapper reacted furiously.

Hazel said during the interview that some women in the industry feel forced to “play games” or sacrifice their values to make it. She cited Cardi B as an example, saying the Bronx rapper had exploited her s*xually provocative image and conduct to rise in the music business.

"When you don't want to like play these games, then you get overlooked and even the girls that play them games, right? You know, I'm just gonna say Cardi because she played them games." She remarked in the podcast.

Hazel E then went on to state that Cardi does not produce any music due to her past practices, and also due to the fact that she is married and has kids now.

"And now she has three kids and her husband, and now she's like, I don't even want to be that no more. And guess what? Now she's not making music." She said.

The next day, Cardi B reportedly sent Hazel a DM with a clear warning not to discuss her on public platforms. According to Hot97, on May 15, the online screenshots of the purported messages resurfaced, causing new controversy.

"Keep my name out your f****** mouth." Cardi wrote in response.

Responding to Hazel’s statements, Cardi denied that she had ever had s*x to get ahead in the business, saying:

"Name one rapper or exec I f***** to get where I’m at. The only man I’ve been with in this industry, I married."

Cardi B didn’t stop there as she referred to Hazel as “a weirdo” and “a miserable a*s b**,” and called her out for spreading fake rumors and accused her of being obsessed with her. Cardi also touched on previous allegations from Hazel, including the claim that she stole Hazel’s child’s birthday party theme.

“You’re evil and weird. You hate on people you’ve never met. I can only imagine how you treat the ones close to you." The rapper added.

On Shirley’s Temple podcast, Hazel E had also gone on to condemn the hypers*xualization of female entertainers, claiming that artists who refuse to conform to that are often ignored. She also alluded to the darker side of the entertainment industry.

"It sucks for women that if you don't want to be over s*xualized or taken advantage of or having to feel that you have to like f*ck for a track." She added.

At the time of writing this, their feud continues as Hazel uploaded more alleged messages and rumors, in addition to older rumors that have yet to be verified about Cardi’s life and her relationship with her current boyfriend and NFL star Stefon Diggs.
