Who is Carson Daly married to? Family explored as TV host shares illness meme on Instagram

TV host Carson Daly was seemingly unwell during the holidays. On December 31, The U.S. Sun published a story mentioning that Daly shared a meme on his Instagram story. The meme showed an unkept man with long hair and a beard holding something. The picture was captioned:

“When you missed the entire family vacation & was home alone with a nasty Flu. Things got odd.”

For the uninitiated, Carson Daly is married to chef and food blogger Siri Pinter. The couple shares four kids. They have a son named Jackson and three daughters, Goldie, Etta, and London. Daly and Pinter had their marriage in 2015. Last year, they celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary.

They have been quite open about their relationship. For instance, when they were expecting their fourth baby in 2020, the couple revealed that they slept in different bedrooms. This arrangement is what they call a sleep divorce. Speaking on Today, Carson Daly said:

“I was served my sleep-divorce papers a few years ago. It’s the best thing that ever happened to us. We both, admittedly, slept better apart. We woke up, we just shook hands, like, ‘I love you, but it’s time to sleep divorce. It’ll be the best thing for all of us.’”

In August 2025, Carson Daly spoke exclusively with People Magazine, where he shared candid details about date nights. He said that they didn’t get much time to go out on date nights. It was mostly because of his busy schedule and children. He said:

“We don’t get too many. My schedule’s a little crazy. We’ve got four kids.”

Carson Daly shares his experience of meeting Pope Leo XIV

Last month, Carson Daly shared his experience of meeting Pope Leo XIV on Today. He was invited along with his wife, Siri. He said:

“We had a chance to present Pope Leo the day before when we met a photo of our four kids. We asked the Pope to pray for them. A day later at that concert, I got a chance to speak to the Pope for a second time.”

Daly went on to say:

“And I thanked him for you're not going to believe I'm about to say this. I thanked him for a book recommendation. The book that I'm currently reading was recommended by the Pope when he was coming back from Lebanon on the plane. He recommended The Practice of the Presence of God by Brother Lawrence.”

He said that the Pope was happy that he was reading the book. Carson Daly said that they could get a tour of St. Peter's Basilica. Although it was closed, there was a film crew that included actor Chris Pratt. Daly said:

“So, we met him and we walked through the holy door which is a door that's only open during the year of Jubilee for every 25 years. That's the door we got to enter. So, all this just incredibly uh inspiring weekend in Rome.”

Carson Daly said that the experience was more than meaningful to him. He even wrote an essay about the experience. He said that they got a photo with the Pope.
