David Corenswet, the new Superman, spoke about his marriage, his wife, and personal life in the latest exclusive conversation with People.

In his recent chit-chat, published on June 18, 2025, he described his relationship with his partner, Julia Best Warner, as a "slow burn" romance.

Corenswet and Warner tied the knot on March 4, 2023, according to Pop TV Culture, South China Morning Post (SCMP) cited. The couple is proud parents of their daughter. They became parents in early 2024, during the time he started working on the much-awaited Superman movie.

"My dad was an enthusiastic father and stayed home with my sister for a period when she was very little, and was very good with kids. And so I think I just inherited that. I liked being a camp counselor, and I have terrible jokes that nobody laughs at."

David Corenswet also opened up about living with his wife and kid, remarking that he is "getting better" at household chores and responsibilities.

"I like learning about those things, and electrics and plumbing and drywalling. Mostly it's changing, I don't know, light fixtures or something, simple stuff. But it's fun to work with your hands, especially as an actor where so much of what you do is talking to other people."
