Gimenez and Jesús Montero had a long-term relationship that started a few years before he departed from the baseball game. According to a report in the NY Post published on October 19, 2025, it indicates that Taneth was the ex-wife of Montero, but then there are reports that they were not married, and they had a close relationship. Later, they parted ways but still maintain a friendly relationship in the interest of their children.
When Montero died, Giménez wrote a touching tribute on Instagram, putting up pictures of Montero and their children. She thanked her in the message of her good memories and assured her that she would continue to remember him to their children.

The two children they had were Loren Alejandra Montero (2014) and Jesuit Alejandro Montero Jr. (2015). Loren was born in the US, and Jesius Jr. in Venezuela. Both children have autism, as Jesús Montero and Gimenez have discussed the issue publicly to create awareness and understanding of the disorder.
Giménez and Jesús Montero used to be co-parents even after the fight. Taneth is currently residing in Miami Beach, Florida, where she is raising the children and is still pursuing her career as a fitness influencer and trainer.
