As per a recent article by US Weekly, star swimmer Ryan Lochte recently celebrated his son Caiden's birthday by posting a heartfelt birthday wish for his son on Instagram.
This happens while the Olympic medalist is caught up in the midst of his divorce proceedings as well as debt issue.
The olympian posted a picture of Caiden standing in front of a horse, along with the caption,
Happy 8th Birthday to my lil Prince @caidenlivgeorgia my lil mini. I love you Caiden with all my heart!
Ryan Lochte's wife Kayla Reid announced last week that the couple is filing for divorce after being married for seven years. Lochte and Reid also share two more daughters apart from Caiden named Liv and Georgia.

While Lochte said in an interview with People that the couple might plan to have a fourth child, but unfortunately, another child is off the charts now.
"This is where she's like, 'If we have a third one, we can't have an odd number. So you have to have four.’ I'm like, 'All right, I guess so. You're the mom.”

Recently, in the month of June, Ryan Lochte's wife Kayla Reid took to Instagram to announce her divorce on the social media platform.
"Earlier this year, I made the hard decision to end my marriage after deep prayer and reflection. I hold marriage in the highest regard, so this has been one of the most painful, revealing, and challenging seasons of my life. I’ve been hesitant to share until I could do so from a place of healing — not from fresh, open wounds" Reid wrote on her post according to People
She continued in her post that some tough decisions need to be taken to protect one's children and one's future.
“Sometimes we face trials we didn’t choose or see coming. And in those moments, we’re forced to make the hardest decisions to protect our peace, our children, and our future. I’ve come to the understanding that staying isn’t always the most loving decision someone can make. For me, leaving was an act of love — for those around me and for myself.”
Ryan Lochte also took to Instagram for elaborating that this year was challenging for the couple and the decision to divorce each other was difficult for both of them
