In the ever-developing saga of Young Thug and his leaked phone calls, the rapper has now come out to blame his 'real brothers' for the dire situation he finds himself in now. In a short post on X (formerly known as Twitter), the rapper wrote,

“My real brothers contributed to my pain...”

The internet was quick to respond to the cryptic message, with many netizens questioning the rapper over his conduct over the past few months.

“You contributed to theirs”, wrote one user.
“Its been like 6 months brudah, stop this”, quipped another.
“You never talk about how your actions contributed to it all”, someone else chimed in.
“You ain’t Elsa n*gga, You gotta let it go fr”, fourth user drew a hilarious comparison.

The comments didn't just stop there. Among the users calling out his antics, some were also supportive of Young Thug.

“Have to cut everybody off and be that slime of 2015”, wrote one user.
“N*ggas don’t understand this sh*t or they trolling. I couldn’t imagine building up so much success with my brothers and it all come crumbling down. Yall mfs acting like someone can’t grieve about the whole life changing”, opined another.

Young Thug and Leaked Phone Calls

In the recent past, leading up to the release of his album UY SCUTI, Young Thug had found himself at the centre of a jail-phone recording scandal. The clips, reportedly captured while he was in prison on RICO-related charges, reveal pointed remarks aimed at peers like Gunna, Lil Baby, Drake, and Future talking about matters ranging from loyalty to alleged stream manipulation to plea-deal betrayals.

Shortly after the leaks, the rapper addressed the backlash in a podcast interview and via his new track Man I Miss My Dogs, offering his apology and reflecting on the fallout stemming from the leak. The episode has reopened debates within the community about authenticity, alliances, and the thin line between street code and public image.

A few weeks later, he took to X to 'apologise' (in part),

“I’m sorry this is happening and I hope u guys can forgive me.”

Young Thug is now working on his latest project and has released the music video for the emotionally charged Blaming Jesus. The song stands out in the album, which already looks promising with a strong visual rollout.
