Reality TV star Kody Brown had to clear the air regarding rumors of a feud between him and his Special Forces co-stars. The 56-year-old TV personality spoke to E! News exclusively at the Special Forces red carpet event and had nothing but good things to say about them.

This is what Brown had to say about the feud rumors:

"Nothing but love for all the cast members... For the rest of our lives."

He also added that the "constant humiliation" he faced actually gave him a "better life" after the show was over. He concluded by saying:

"There's a humility that makes the rest of your life sweet... I've felt good ever since it was over."

Why did Kody Brown decide to join Special Forces?

During an exclusive interview with E! News, the reporter asked Kody Brown and his co-star, Johnny Manziel, why they signed up for such a show.

Brown answered immediately, saying:

"To test our limits, man. Just gotta know... There's two reasons I would do something like this; to test my limits, and to make post experience a better life. You come out of something like that with constant failure, constant humiliation, and just having let everybody down, there's a humility that makes the rest of the life, the rest of your life sweet."

When asked about how much of the toll was mental and physical. He replied, saying that it was both. Kody Brown further shared his experience on the grueling show by saying:

"They're finding your weakness. And they're pushing you on your weakness... And they found me in an emotional weakness and they found me in a mental weakness. I was there, I felt like I was in shape and there I was putting one foot in front of the other, just constantly, but it felt like it broke me. It was humiliating in such a way that I came home feeling just humble."

Kody also added that he wants Special Forces to:

"... pull together an XL, a Special Forces XL, bring in 20 of us who almost made it or who just won another shot because of an injury or something... Maybe make it 15 days, make it harder, make it tougher. Challenge us ways... see we have an expectation now, but I would love to do it again, and have them hit me again in all the places they hit me with another group and have that same experience again."

Kody Brown has made it clear that there's no bad blood between him and his Special Forces castmates, emphasizing mutual respect and lasting bonds. Despite the grueling challenges and moments of humiliation, he says he would love to do it again. Special Forces season 4 will premiere on Fox on September 25.
