According to reports, Lawyer and former associate Attorney General of the United States Rudy Giuliani has been hospitalized following a serious accident that happened on Saturday night, August 30, 2025.
According to a statement by the politician’s spokesperson, Rudy Giuliani was rushed to the hospital after his car was struck from behind by a high-speed moving vehicle. The disbarred lawyer suffered injuries to his arm, leg, and back.
Following the news of the accident, Rudy’s son, Andrew H. Giuliani, took to his official X account to thank those who had contacted him in concern.
“Thank you to all the people who have reached out since learning the news about my Father. Your prayers mean the world. As a son, I can tell you I’m honored to have a Dad that I can call the toughest SOB I’ve ever seen!”

An official statement detailing the events leading up to the accident and its aftermath has been released.
“On the evening of August 30, 2025, in New Hampshire, Mayor Giuliani was involved in a motor vehicle accident. Prior to the incident, he was flagged down by a woman who was the victim of a domestic violence incident. Mayor Giuliani immediately rendered assistance and contacted 911. He remained on scene until responding officers arrived to ensure her safety,” the statement explained.
It continued:
“Following this, while traveling on the highway, Mayor Giuliani's vehicle was struck from behind at high speed. He was transported to a nearby trauma center, where he was diagnosed with a fractured thoracic vertebrae, multiple lacerations and contusions, as well as injuries to his left arm and lower leg. His business partner and medical provider were promptly contacted and arrived at the hospital to oversee his care. At this time, no further updates are available. This is the only statement authorized by Mayor Giuliani.”
The statement was signed by Michael Ragusa, the head of security for Rudy Giuliani.
