More details on the upcoming Wuthering Heights movie with Charli XCX

A new adaptation of Emily Brontë’s iconic 1847 novel Wuthering Heights is expected to hit the screens on February 13, 2025. The movie will feature stars Margot Robbie, Jacob Elordi, Hong Chau, Shazad Latif, Alison Oliver, Martin Clunes, and Ewan Mitchell. It is produced by Josey McNamara, Margot Robbie, and Emerald Fennell, with the latter also directing the movie.

Charli XCX has been involved in several movies lately. Talking to Variety in December 2024, Charli spoke about how she has learned a lot from her acting projects.

“I’m enjoying learning about being on a set and learning from great directors and actors. I hate it when musicians dive into a different field headfirst without really researching or learning much of anything about it. So I did a lot of reading to educate myself over the past three or four years before I actually did anything.”
