On Thursday, Sydney announced the launch of her soap bar, called Sydney’s Bathwater Bliss. She announced the collaboration with a caption that read:

''You kept asking about my bathwater after the @drsquatch ad… so we kept it.
Introducing Sydney’s Bathwater Bliss! A very real, very limited-edition soap made with my actual bathwater.
Available on 6/6/25 at drsquatch.com 🛁✨''

Sydney had first partnered with Dr. Squatch to promote their body wash, in which she appeared in a bubble bath. Now the brand is repurposing the same bathwater into limited-edition soap bars.

Following the announcement, netizens had mixed reactions. Some thought that using her actual bathwater in the soap was disgusting, while others thought it was a good business move. These were some of the reactions:

''Who the heck told these people that this can sell well?''- questioned @pedrorodryj
''This is wild 😂 Sydney Sweeney really bottled her bathwater into soap and it’s selling out fast. Honestly, genius marketing or just internet gone too far?''- added @Iamshoaibzahid
''And there will be buyers too of such disgusting a thing 😭''- penned @NoContextPoint
''Talk about being full of yourself!''- stated @FedCorruption
''She’s about to make sooo much money off of this 😂''- pointed out @foolmealex

The soap will retail for $8, and only 5000 bars of soap will be produced. Sydney expressed her thoughts on this limited-edition soap in a press release, as per the NZ Herald. She said,

''When your fans start asking for your bathwater, you can either ignore it, or turn it into a bar of Dr Squatch soap.''

She added:

''It’s weird in the best way, and I love that we created something that’s not just unforgettable, it actually smells incredible and delivers like every other Dr Squatch product I love.''

Along with the Euphoria actor's actual bathwater, the soap consists of pine bark extract and exfoliation sand and smells like morning wood. The soaps will go on sale on June 6, 2025, at 12 p.m. EST on Dr. Squatch's official website.
