Peter Parker is up for his next and rather dark adventure in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Marvel Cinematic Universe's intended 38th film and fourth in the Tom Holland Spider-Man series. Destin Daniel Cretton, who directed Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021), is in the director's chair here too.
It will be a part of the MCU's Phase Six and will follow Holland's Peter Parker after the events of Spider-Man: Brand New Day, where he lost Aunt May (Marisa Tomei). We got to see some interesting cameos, including the two Spider-Men: Tobey Maguire from Sam Raimi's films and Andrew Garfield from Marc Webb's films.
There are still new faces being added to the fourth film, and nine actors are confirmed to appear in the upcoming movie. There are some new faces in it, but their roles are yet to be confirmed. Let's see those names now.
Confirmed roles in Spider-Man: Brand New Day
Tom Holland as Peter Parker / Spider-Man

The first is the titular Spider-Man, Peter Parker, played by Tom Holland. In the latest teaser, we got a glimpse of his new suit, and it already looks incredible.
Zendaya as Michelle "MJ" Jones-Watson

Zendaya will reprise her role as MJ, Peter's love interest in the past three films. However, her role is cut short in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, according to some reports.
Jacob Batalon as Ned Leeds

Ned Leeds, the best friend of Peter Parker, or shall we say, former best friend. Because after Doctor Strange cast that spell, where everyone forgot Parker, Ned, like Zendaya and others, lost the name 'Peter Parker' from his memory. Some say he will have a new alias, Hobgoblin.
Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle / Punisher

This was one announcement that stirred the already hot conversation around the upcoming movie. Jon Bernthal, who recently made his MCU debut with Daredevil: Born Again, will be appearing in the film.
Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner / Hulk

Mark Ruffalo's Bruce Banner was recently confirmed to be a part of the film. Interestingly, he was a part of Cretton's Shang-Chi, too, though in a cameo. We can just hope it's longer than that in the next Spider-Man film.
Michael Mando as Mac Gargan / Scorpion

Finally, Mac Gargan, aka Scorpion, is getting much-needed attention here, and Michael Mando, who appeared in the role in Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017), will reprise his role here.
Unconfirmed roles in Spider-Man: Brand New Day
While all the above have been confirmed to be reprising their roles from the past Marvel Cinematic Universe films, we have a few who are in the movie but don't have a confirmed role yet. The actors and actresses, as per the IMDb listing, are as follows as of this writing:
- Sadie Sink
- Melanie Scrofano
- Liza Colón-Zayas
- Tramell Tillman (announced today)
Sadie Sink was rumored to be playing Gwen Stacy, which makes sense after what happened in Spider-Man: No Way Home, and could be the new love interest of Peter Parker.
Additionally, Florence Pugh's Yelena Belova and Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock are rumored to be reprising their roles in the film, too. Interestingly, the latter, too, had a cameo in No Way Home. And given that his buddy is in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, the probability of this happening is rather high.
